HOW IT WORKS

You've probably chosen your dream venue and your special date - and now you're looking to secure the perfect caterer to complete the set.

We speak to hundreds of couples planning their big day, and we understand that you won't always know exactly how your plans are going to come together just yet.

​

At Scout & Hunter, we like to make sorting your catering as smooth and simple as possible for you. It's important to us that you get to do your day just your way, without the fear of making all your decisions too early!

If you love what we do, or we've had a chat and you know that we're just what you're looking for, let us know and we will send you the details for payment of our £500 deposit to lock your date into our diary for you.

WHY RESERVE YOUR DATE?

​

We live for events! Certain dates are always popular in our calendar, and we can get booked up quickly. By paying your Save-The-Date deposit, you secure your date in our calendar and make time to make those big decisions about your favourite Scout & Hunter packages and menus.

Please make sure that you have secured your venue for your date before proceeding with your Scout & Hunter reservation.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

​

You've secured your date with us - so what are the next steps?

We will agree a later date with you (normally 1-3 months after your deposit), by which time we'll need to know the outline of your catering, including your preferred package/menu, evening food etc. We will then invoice for the remainder of your deposit, up to the value of 25% of your total quote.

Don't worry - we don't need your exact menu just yet! If we haven't heard from you before then, we will be in touch approx. 6 weeks ahead of your big day to collect your choices, exact numbers, and other details.
